The municipal company Šiauliai Airport organizes a plot of state land located in the municipality of Šiauliai. Šiauliai Aviation st. 17 (unique number 4400-3221-8823), the lease auction of part B, in accordance with the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 2006 November 8 by resolution no. 1098 "Regarding Land Leasing of International Airports" approved description of the procedure for international airport land lease by auction, information provided in the conditions of land lease by auction of the municipal company Šiauliai Airport and the draft of the Land Lease Agreement.

Part of the plot is outside the airfield perimeter and belongs to the airport territory. Next to the plot, there is a railway branch with container cargo service infrastructure.
