Introducing the Railway Logistics Park project !!!

The Railway Logistics Park is a project of national importance, for which AB Lietuvos geležinkeliai has been appointed the developer. The project is planned to develop an area of almost 26 hectares near Vilnius Intermodal Terminal and create at least 250 new jobs.
The Rail Logistics Park is located in a prime location with access to the trans-European road network and the railway transport corridor IXB - Klaipėda-Vilnius-Minsk-Kiev and the connection to the railway corridor IXD Kaliningrad-Vilnius. The southern bypass of Vilnius is planned adjacent to the site, as is the planned Rail Baltica line to the Vilnius Intermodal Terminal.
In addition, the Vilnius City Municipal Council has approved tax incentives for the Railway Logistics Park project. Investors locating in the area will be exempted from 50% of real estate taxes and 50% of state land rent until 2030. The territory of the Railway Logistics Park has also been granted the status of a project of national importance by a resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania https://bit.ly/3uYytS0, and therefore the investors settling in the territory will not pay the infrastructure tax imposed by Vilnius City Municipality.
